Returns & Refunds: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at afro-food@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the product.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Perishable Goods: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on perishable goods, unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.
